The choice of naming the educational project "Kali Laska," which translates to "You are welcome" in Belarusian, holds a deeper significance. It symbolizes my personal commitment to creating a welcoming and inviting learning environment. Just as Belarusian culture values hospitality and openness, my project aims to embrace and welcome individuals from all walks of life.
Not only I pay homage to my cultural heritage but also convey my sincere invitation for everyone to join our educational journey, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration. So, "Kali Laska" represents not just a name but a philosophy that celebrates the idea that all are welcome to embark on a shared quest for knowledge and personal growth.
About me
My name is Katya and I am a linguist, teacher, consultant, coach, content creator and this site is my personal project to educate and help people in their development.
With over 12 years of teaching experience, I've gained a profound understanding of the learning process, not just within my field but on a broader scale. My journey began with teaching at a university, and later, I ventured into creating personalized and group learning formats. I also served as a e-learning designer for developing educational courses and headed the training and development department. Teaching is not just something I know a lot about; it's something I excel at.
On top of my teaching and methodological expertise, I hold an ICTA Certified Coach designation. My true passion lies in assisting others in reaching their full potential and I firmly believe that individual coaching and guidance can help people conquer obstacles and achieve their aspirations.
My dedication revolves around supporting and empowering individuals in their pursuit of learning and personal growth, whether as a teacher, educator, or coach.
